LSE Middle East Centre (2024), An analysis of changing Israeli and Palestinian attitudes towards peace
In this report we use unique Israeli (Israeli Democracy Institute, IDI) and Palestinian (Palestinian Center for Political and Survey Research, PCPCR) datasets to explore the levels of and trends in public opinions about peace negotiations in Israel, the West Bank and Gaza between 2000 and 2016. We focus on the key questions of whether members of the public ‘support the peace process/peace negotiations’ and ‘consider the outcome of peace plausible’.
