Dr Wei Xin

Lecturer in Finance, University of Exeter

Biography

Wei is currently a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Exeter Business School. After a PhD in Finance from Warwick Business School, he joined University of Exeter as a postdoctoral research associate on the Dragon Capital team in May 2021.

His work has been presented at conferences such as the UN PRI Academic Network Conference, Global Research Alliance for Sustainable Finance and Investment, and Biodiversity and Economics for Conservation

Research Interests

Wei’s research interest is mainly focused on sustainable finance. After completing his PhD Thesis with three chapters in climate finance, Wei continue working in biodiversity finance as a postdoc research associate. He works on asset pricing research related to sustainable issues using behavioral mechanism.
